WHEN WILL I GET MY STUFF?
- In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days.
An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped (with most carriers). You can also track your package from your Account page. Tracking is not available on International Economy.
FREE US STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS $75+
Hyperion provides customers free standard shipping for orders over $75 to an address in the contiguous U.S. (no PO boxes). This discount will happen automagically, applied on the Warp Speed Checkout screen on desktops and tablets and the Payment Screen on smartphones. This offer cannot be combined with other offers. Some exclusions apply.
For shipments to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states), the following shipping and handling rates can be selected:
- Ship to Store (Up to 6 business days after processing) – $7.95
- Standard (2-6 business days after processing) – $8.95
- Expedited (2-3 business days after processing) – $12.95
- Express (1 business days after processing) – $24.95
Processing times: In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days.
Please note that a surcharge will be added to your total order cost for each item that is oversized and/or weighs 15 pounds or more. Products which have this surcharge are labeled on the page, as well as in checkout.

For other destinations, you can determine the cost of shipping your order by adding the items you want to the shopping cart and entering your postal code or country in the Shipping Estimator on the cart page. You can also get the shipping cost during checkout – you will need to fill out your shipping address in order to view the shipping options and cost.
SHIPPING MULTIPLE ORDERS
Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.
DOMESTIC (U.S.) SHIPPING
- For orders to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states), we offer Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Express Shipping.
AK, HI, AND PR
- UPS 2 Day and UPS Next Day are available. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes in any of these locations.
- Orders weighing less than 70 pounds can be sent through the United States Postal Service. We cannot ship to PO Boxes outside of the contiguous U.S. If you’re shipping to a PO Box, opt for Standard Shipping.
SHIPPING TO CANADA
For shipments to Canada, the following shipping and handling rates can be selected:
- Standard (4-15 business days after *processing) – $12.95
- Expedited (3-8 business days after *processing) – $19.95
- Express (1-2 business days after *processing) – $29.95
Processing times: In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days.

Also note that International shipments are generally subject to Customs Fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) Orders placed to Canada using either Expedited or Express Shipping will be charged these fees during checkout. Please see below for more details
- UPS Expedited offers door to door tracking and packages normally arrive within about 2-6 business days after shipment. Keep in mind that your customs folks might want to inspect the shiny swag first, which may delay it getting to your door.
UPS EXPRESS SAVER
- UPS Express Saver offers door to door tracking and packages normally arrive within about 2-4 business days after shipment. Keep in mind that your customs folks might want to inspect the shiny swag first, which may delay it getting to your door.
- For orders to Great Britain, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Ireland, Israel, Portugal, Croatia, Estonia, Gibraltar, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, and Malta, we also offer Economy Shipping via local postal agencies.
- International Economy Shipping is available for many (but not all) smaller, lighter orders — less than approximately 4 pounds and totaling less than $400. Some restrictions apply.
- Orders shipped using Economy Shipping may take up to 1-3 weeks for delivery; tracking is not available. Please note that orders shipped via Economy Shipping cannot be rerouted after shipment.
- These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges, except for orders to Canada using Expedited or Express Shipping (see below).
- We are not able to mark orders as “gifts.”
- We are required to list the retail value on the commercial invoice for any items which are included as a “gift with purchase.”
- We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
EXPEDITED & EXPRESS SHIPPING TO CANADA
Hyperion is an approved CREDITS participant with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). By ordering goods from Hyperion, I hereby authorize United Parcel Service Canada Ltd., an approved customs broker on CREDITS, to act as my agent, and to transact business with the CBSA, to obtain release of my merchandise, account for duties and taxes, to return merchandise to Hyperion, and electronically submit refund claims on my behalf. Under the CREDITS program, I understand that the CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to United Parcel Service Canada Ltd., and that I will obtain the refund directly from Hyperion. Further, I also authorize United Parcel Service Canada Ltd. to forward any refund issued by the CBSA in my name to Hyperion so that they can be reimbursed.
We are able to ship most of our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses. Some products cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses and those are marked on the product page. Unfortunately, we cannot supply tracking numbers for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.
When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following.
- The City must be entered as either “APO” or “FPO”
- The State must be selected as either “AA” “AE” or “AP”
- The country must be United States.
- You must enter your Zip code
- Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number
Please note: orders shipped to an APO/FPO address take longer to be delivered. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your package to arrive.

Your ship-to address must be the address of the person who will use the products in the order. Hyperion will not process any order which specifies an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, airport or hotel.

Hyperion is now offering a Ship to Store option in partnership with participating Hyperion Style and Hyperion stores in the United States.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER TOTAL TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR SHIP TO STORE?
No, there is no minimum order value to be eligible. Order as much or as little as you like!
WHY ISN’T SHIP TO STORE AVAILABLE NEAR ME?
Ship to Store is currently available within specific geographic areas of the United States.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AT THE STORE?
Your order will ship to the store you picked using our Standard shipping option. Orders normally ship within 1-2 business days. After the order ships, it may take up to 6 business days to arrive at the store.
CAN I GET MY ORDER FASTER THAN THAT?
Unfortunately, only our Standard shipping option is currently eligible for Ship to Store. If you need your order quicker, we recommend shipping to your address using our Expedited or Express shipping service levels (US).
ARE ALL ITEMS ABLE TO BE SHIPPED TO STORE?
Unfortunately, some items are not eligible for Ship to Store at this time. If one or more of your items are not eligible for Ship to Store, you will not see it as an option at checkout.
WHY DON’T I SEE SHIP TO STORE AS AN OPTION DURING CHECKOUT?
You will see the Ship to Store option during checkout if there is a participating store within 50 miles of your US-based shipping address and all of the items in your cart are eligible.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
You will be charged for your order when it ships from our warehouse.
WHY AM I BEING CHARGED AN ITEM SURCHARGE?
Item surcharges apply only to a very small number of products. It’s added to your total order cost for items that are oversized and/or weigh 15 pounds or more. Products with this surcharge are labeled on the page, as well as in checkout. Any item surcharges still apply on ship to store orders.
PICKING UP A SHIP TO STORE ORDER
WHERE CAN I SEE THE STATUS OF MY SHIP TO STORE ORDER?
If you created an account, you may view the status of your order on your Order Status page. More details about order status can be found in our FAQs.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN THE STORE HAS MY STUFF?
You’ll receive a Shipment Notification when your order leaves our warehouse. Once the package has been delivered to the store, you will recieve a delivery confirmation and then you can come pick up your stuff.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO PICK UP MY ORDER?
Please bring a valid ID or your Order Confirmation email.
ONCE MY ORDER ARRIVES AT THE STORE, HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK IT UP?
You will have 7 days after the order arrives in store to pick it up. After 7 days, it will be returned to our warehouse.
RETURNS FOR SHIP TO STORE ORDERS
WHAT IF MY ITEM(S) ARE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
If your item is damaged in transit, please contact Hyperion customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or help@Hyperion.com and they will assist you with a return or replacement. Unfortunately, items sent through Ship to Store cannot currently be returned or exchanged in-store at this time. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
